The present invention relates to the technical field of cable equipment, in particular to an anti-tensile cable.
Background
With the continuous development of society and the continuous progress of science and technology, cables are widely used in the facilities and equipment used in the operation of the economic system, especially in huge power transmission systems and information transmission systems. Cables also serve all social activities and go deep into the daily life of every family and individual. Therefore, cable products are ubiquitous. Moreover, with the stepped and saltatory development of socioeconomic activities from the depth to the breadth, and with the continuous improvement in people's living standards and living quality, the development and the production of cable products is continuously advancing. Moreover, cable products are hierarchically distributed according to the size and level of the system and may continuously extend along length direction, so the cable products are generally not repaired and only can be replaced, so the long-term safe and reliable operation of cable products is particularly important. But currently used cables have some shortcomings when in use.
1. When the length of a cable is too long and the cable is not fixed,, the cable is subjected to a large tension and the tensile strength gets poor, which shortens the service life of the cable.
2. In the process of information transmission, cables cause mutual interference due to the short distance between cables, and the shielding from the outside world is poor.
Summary
The objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-tensile cable to solve the abovementioned problems in the background.
In order to realize the objectives mentioned above, the technical solution provided by the present invention is as follows. An anti-tensile cable includes cable harnesses and cable wires. The cable wires are embedded in the centers of the cable harness, five groups of the cable wires are arranged in total, the five groups of cable wires are evenly embedded in the center of filling glue. The center of each of the cable harness is provided with the filling glue. The outer wall of the filling glue is wound with a fastening layer, and the outer wall of the fastening layer is fixedly sleeved with an insulation glue layer. Aluminum wires are embedded in the center of the insulation glue layer. Sixteen aluminum wires are arranged in total, the sixteen aluminum wires are distributed inside the insulation glue layer in a circular shape at equal distances. Five groups of the cable harnesses are arranged in total, the five groups of cable harnesses are embedded in the center of cable harness separation glue. The outer wall of the cable harness separation glue is plated with a plastic wrapping tape, and the outer wall of the plastic wrapping tape is sleeved with a copper foil layer, the outer wall of the copper foil layer is sleeved with a waterproof layer, the outer wall of the waterproof layer is fixedly connected to a nylon woven layer, the outer wall of the nylon woven layer is sleeved with a fireproof layer, and the outer wall of the fireproof layer is fixedly connected to a varnished insulation layer.
Preferably, a nylon net is embedded inside the nylon woven layer, and the nylon net is woven by adopting a hexagonal double - twisting process.
Preferably, a wire mesh is embedded at the center of the varnished insulation layer.
Preferably, the thickness dimension of the plastic wrapping tape is equal to the thickness of the copper foil layer.
Preferably, the diameter of the nylon woven layer is four times as large as the diameter of the cable harness.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows.
1. In the present invention, the cable wires are arranged inside different cable harnesses on the device, and the outer wall of each cable harness is provided with the aluminum wires which may effectively ensure the integrity of the internal device when the cable is stretched and bent, and may not only protect the cable from external electromagnetic interference when in use, but also enhance the tensile strength of the cable.
2. In the present invention, the nylon net and the wire mesh are arranged inside the outer wall of the cable, so that the cable can prevent the inner integrity from being damaged under the state of strong tension and bending, and the practicability is strong.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the technical solution of the embodiments of the invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some of the embodiments of the present invention rather than all the embodiments. Any other embodiment derived from the embodiments of the present invention by those skilled in the art without creative effort shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
With reference to FIGs. 1-3, the technical solution provided by the present invention is as follows. An anti-tensile cable includes cable harnesses 1 and cable wires 3. The cable wires 3 are embedded in the centers of cable harness 1, five groups of cable wires 3 are arranged in total, the five groups of cable wires 3 are evenly embedded in the center of filling glue 6. The center of each cable harness 1 is provided with the filling glue 6. The outer wall of the filling glue 6 is wound with a fastening layer 4, and the outer wall of fastening layer 4 is fixedly sleeved with an insulation glue layer 5. Aluminum wires 2 are embedded in the center of the insulation glue layer 5. Sixteen aluminum wires 2 are arranged in total, the sixteen aluminum wires 2 are distributed inside the insulation glue layer 5 in a circular shape at equal distances. Five groups of cable harnesses 1 are arranged in total, the five groups of cable harnesses 1 are embedded in the center of cable harness separation glue 7. The outer wall of the cable harness separation glue 7 is plated with a plastic wrapping tape 8, and the outer wall of plastic wrapping tape 8 is sleeved with a copper foil layer 9. The outer wall of the copper foil layer 9 is sleeved with a waterproof layer 10. The outer wall of waterproof layer 10 is fixedly connected to a nylon woven layer 11. Nylon net 14 is embedded inside nylon woven layer 11 and is woven by adopting a hexagonal double - twisting process. Nylon net 14 may prevent the inner cable wires 3 from being subjected to a larger tension and damaged in the process of pulling the cable. Wire mesh 15 is embedded in the center of varnished insulation layer 13, so that the integrity of the equipment inside the cable can be ensured when cable wires 3 are bent. The thickness dimension of plastic wrapped tape 8 is equal to that of copper foil layer 9; and the diameter dimension of nylon woven layer 11 is four times as large as that of cable harness 1.
Working principle: when the anti-tensile cable is used, cable wires 3 are wrapped inside cable harnesses 1, and aluminum wires 2 are embedded on the outer walls of the cable harnesses
1. The aluminum wires 2 protect the inner cable wires 3 from being damaged due to the changes in the outside environment when the cable wire is bent or straightened. Five groups of cable wires 3 are arranged in total. The five groups of cable wires 3 are respectively wrapped by different cable harnesses 1, which increases the stability in cable application and at the same time prevents the cable from external electromagnetic interference in the process of information transmission, and the nylon net 14 and the wire mesh 15 are arranged so as to improve the tensile strength of cable wires 3 when in use.
